Simple Backup Tool is a very well-written utility that automatically makes backup copies of the folders you specify. It is a great application for programmers and server administrators who want their files to be safe. You can specify one or more folders at the same time, based on your needs.
The program can be used to back up multiple folders to a single location, which is a nice feature indeed. You can set the time interval between your backups. With the inbuilt file filter you can specify the types of files you do not want to back up. For example, if you do not want text files to be included in the backup, you can add *.txt in the file filter and they will be excluded. It is as simple as that.
A log file is generated every time a task is performed. It gives you an overview of what has happened. A full set of configuration options are given to help you in customizing this application. The application can be accessed directly from the system tray. A must-have utility, I would recommend it to all users.
